1.bench 60% x 5, 70% x 4, 80% x 3, 90% x 2 (all % of heaviest 2 done past 5 weeks) in 10 min.

with a constantly running clock set for 45 min.

-in 15 min. find a 1 RM bench*

-take up to 30 min. find a 1RM deadlift*
