2.deadlift with a constantly running clock set for 20 min. 50% x 5, 60% x 4, 70% x 3, 80% x 3, 90% x 3; with the remaining time find a 3RM

AMRAP in 8 min. of

start with 5 reps of each movement and go up by 5 reps of each movement each round (5, 10, 15, 20, etc.) of:
