Okay squad, we are set to be able to reopen this Friday, 06.19.20. So lets go over what the schedule will be this week for Outdoor Fitness, and what the schedule will look like for our move back indoors. As we go over this, you will still need to signup for classes, the limit will still be 8 people per class, and you will have signup access ONLY within 24 hours of said class time.

The powerlifting only times you see are for those current members who receive sheetwork from Coach Lonnie. This is NOT open gym. Due to capacity requirements, we will not have open gym until around July 19 (if restrictions continue to be eased.) We will have another full post on what our reopen policies will be and look like for you. For now, lets just start with the schedule today.
