1.bench work to a heavy 8 in 15 min.

teams of 2-3 with only one person working at a time perform with a constantly running clock set for 14 min.:

AMRAP in 6 min. of:

-max reps toes to bar (teammate 1) while the other teammate holds the top of a deadlift rep (partners may switch as often or infrequently as they choose)

rest 2 min.

AMRAP in 6 min. of:

-max reps bastards (teammate 1) while the other teammate holds in the bottom of an air squat (partners may switch as often or infrequently as they choose)

post total reps to comments
