Squad, real quick update on the Open. Yes, we want you to register. Yes you. Second, we have a Facebook page dedicated to the Open. Join it if you have Facebook. If you don’t, we will be having Friday Night Lights each week from 5pm-7pm on (clearly) Friday’s. In an ideal world we hope the bulk of you can do the Open workout that day during that time. But since we live in the real world, if you cannot do that, you should make arrangements with a coach and/or classmate to do the Open workout at another class time on Friday, Saturday, or Monday. This way, the coach is aware of your plan, you have procured yourself a classmate who is confident enough to judge you in the movements, and you are not surprising the coach with you space needs, and asking them to pay attention to just you for the whole class and disregard the other paying members.
