Rest day

We are proud of all your hard work, and it really showed during test week! You guys pushed, pulled, and squatted big! That PR bell was ringing all week long.  This upcoming week will be a deload week, which means lower and lighter barbell work in the strength section, also please be aware that the days we do certain exercises will be moved around as well.

Next week is also the start of the second Open of the year!  So if you aren’t registered, get registered! It starts this Thursday, and we will have Friday Night Lights every Friday for the next 5 weeks, so come out, cheer your classmates and coaches on even if you aren’t registered.

Also next Thursday Coach Sam will be doing 1 cal. on the Assault bike for every dollar that is donated to help support Iron Crab Barbell at USAPL Raw Nationals!
