1.bench 3 x 5 @ 90% of heavy 3 done last Wed.

2.split jerk 3 x 3 @ 90% of heavy 3 done last Wed.

AMRAP in 10 min. of:

start with 3 reps of each movement and go up by 3 each round (ie, 3,6,9,12,15 etc.) of:

-hand release pushups

-shoulder to overhead anyway #95m #65f

Performance & Sport
