-12 alternating hand dumbbell power snatch (pick your own weight)

-4 burpees

-4-4-2-2 UB snatch (start with #115m/#75f)

-10m/8f cal. row

2.alternate every 90 sec. for 12 min. of:

-4-4-2-2 UB clean (start with #155m/#105f)

-8m/5f cal. bike

alternating EMOM for 15 min. of:

-20-50 UB double unders

-2-6 UB bar muscle ups

-5 thruster #95m #65f
