-15 toes to bar

-10 handstand pushups

-10 alternating pistols (total)

-5 bar muscle ups


1.squat 5-5-5-5-5 work to a heavy 5 in 15 min.

AMRAP in 10 min. of:

-25 situps

-20 deadlift #75m #55f

-15 hang power clean #75m #55f

-10 shoulder to overhead anyway #75m #55f

-5 hand release pushups
